Everyone must be at their machine by the time their shifts start, not walking in the door. Employees will receive a 10-minute break in the morning and a 20 minute lunch that IS paid, however, they are expected to remain on facility premises.
Job Description:
The Bindery Floater-Helper is a temporary position that is responsible for assisting as directed in the Bindery Literature Department. Working under close supervision of the Shift Supervisor or designee, this temporary position follows Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and current Good Manufacturing Practices. Primary Responsibilities • Assists operators with material handling as needed. • Floats between assigned rooms as needed. • Loads machines with paper, if trained. • Loads trays with products, if trained. • Completes banding portion of job, if trained. • Performs other duties as reasonably requested.
