Machine Operator Hours: 7am-7pm on a 2-2-3 schedule Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join the team of a local manufacturer! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee complex machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Make adjustments to machines and machine parts to optimize performance and output. Perform changeovers and setup adjustments for different production runs. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all safety regulations. Collaborate with the maintenance team for routine and preventive maintenance. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of machine operating experience and machine maintenance is required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in making machine adjustments, completing changeovers, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. Mechanical Inclination: Strong mechanical skills and understanding of machinery operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Pay: $22/hour
