Training Schedule (7 AM – 3:30 PM). Then move to the second shift (10 AM – 8 PM)
$18.50 an hr
Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of production machines.
• Review and follow the daily production schedule and adapt as necessary to changes.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
. • Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
• Work adjusted schedules if requested to meet company needs.
• Ensure quality product is being delivered to the customer.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations (PPE and Forklift restrictions)
. • Follow all company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Handle material handling needs if a forklift driver is unavailable.
• Support the training needs of new employees.
• All other duties as outlined by the shift supervisor or management team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of handheld tools
. • Experience in fast paced production environments
. • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Ability to safely lift 40 pounds without assistance.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Experience with automated machinery is a bonus.
• Forklift experience is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of computers is a bonus.
