Machine Operator 2-2-3 days or Nights - Stokesdale NC - Direct HireShifts and Compensation
12hr Day Shift Schedule (A or C Shift): 6:45am – 7pm, 2-2-3 (it is a straight shift. No rapid rotating, or swing shift)
12hr Night Shift Schedule (B or D Shift): 6:45pm – 7am, 2-2-3 (it is a straight shift. No rapid rotating, or swing shift)
Day Shift Pay: $24/hr no shift differential
Night Shift Pay: $24/hr + $1.00 shift differential
Machine Operator 1 – Prior Work Requirements
Great work stability (we’re looking for 2-4 years at a company before they left).
Previous leadership skills and experience (Team Lead/Lead Machine Operator/Line Lead).
At least 3-5yr of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and as a Machine Operator
Computer savvy working with screens and being able to identify issues with alignments errors and code in numbers and adjust settings.
Experience with using metrics (ruler/tape measure). We measure our products in millimeters.
Experience working with automation machines.
Experience and able to provide troubleshooting examples at previous company (candidates need to be detailed on how they previously troubleshooted machines).
Experience with changeovers (candidates need to provide specific examples of the process from beginning to end).
