Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in high-volume production environments (>1,000 pcs/shift).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for basic adjustments and repairs.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and complete required forms and paperwork accurately.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs. independently and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment without central heating or cooling.Work Environment and Requirements:
• This position may involve prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Compliance with state workplace safety and labor laws is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet any applicable state-specific regulations for employment.
