Lead Logistics Operator - Night Shift *Direct Hire Opportunity!*
Graham Personnel Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Logistics Operator to join the team of a local manufacturer. The Lead Logistics Operator will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating various material handling equipment, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive working environment. *This is a direct hire opportunity, no temp period required!*
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Inventory Management:**
- Oversee the loading/unloading, and handling of materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, etc.
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving, handle materials, store, pick, etc.
- **Order Fulfillment:**
- Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, loading/unloading, and shipping.
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- **Safety and Compliance:**
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with warehouse regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment.
- **Process Improvement:**
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- **Equipment Maintenance:**
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse and logistic operations.
- Knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Experience with scanning and basic computer skills.
- Experience operating material handling equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule, 6pm-6am
Pay: 20+/hour Based on experience
