We’re hiring an Integration Technician to support a key partner by assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting integrated hardware and software systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and configure POS systems, pin pads, PCs, tablets, and handheld devices
- Test systems, identify issues, and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
- Assist with system updates, patches, and upgrades
- Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes
- Work with internal teams to meet integration goals
- Follow security, safety, and compliance standards
- Identify and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- Experience in technical support, integration, or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of hardware/software integration and networking
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or macOS
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network devices
- Ability to use hand/power tools and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
