Graham Personnel Service is seeking an Installation Project Coordinator for a window installation company in Greensboro.
Direct Hire opportunityPay rate: $44,000 DOE1st shift
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Communicate to customer by checking reminder calls and confirming installation dates · Ordering the job by partnering with the materials coordinator · Calling customers to thank them for the purchase and informing them you will be their project coordinator · Scheduling deliveries to our warehouses across the state. In conjunction with this inform the installer of when the product is being delivered. · Monitoring the installation process and communicate with our field project coordinators to ensure completion of install · Review Certificate of completion, invoice and ensure final payment from customer · Close job and email completion for filing
PREREQUISITES: · Construction, building material or supply experience · Window and door knowledge · Customer service mindset · Solution minded · A take-action attitude · Phone etiquette · Preferred experience: Microsoft Outlook experience, Company Cam App · Excellent Communication skills and the ability to articulate and professionally handle conflict with customers in a positive way. · Highly organized with ex aptitude to manage the scheduling. · Phone metrics- Service levels · Ownership- decision making ability for your projects · Cycle Time- Length of time to turn jobs from start to completion · Expense controls- By looking at expenses and margin blended
