? Pay: $18.00 per hour
? Assignment Length: Approximately 8 weeks, with the potential to become temp-to-hire
Training Schedule
During the first week, all associates will train on 1st Shift:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After training, associates will move to their assigned shift.
Available Shifts
Night Shift
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule (A/B Shift)
- Report by 5:45 PM for the pre-shift meeting
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect boards for quality defects throughout the production process
- Identify and report defects to supervisors using two-way radios
- Monitor product quality while working alongside production machinery
- Follow production and quality standards
- Assist with basic machine operation as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic machine operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, climb ladders, and climb stairs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
Safety Requirements:
- Safety-toe shoes required
- Hearing protection required
- Eye protection required
- High-visibility clothing required (safety vest provided)
- Non-smoking facility
