Industrial Manufacturing Internal Sales Representative
Salary: 45-50K
Mission:
Increase sales for customers, manage the sales process internally to ensure proper delivery of sales orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders’ customer´s claims and requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The jobholder will be responsible for:
- Execute outbound campaigns to promote sales.
- Provide information about products’ features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately into CRM system (Sales Force)
- Receive and input orders into the ERP system (SAP)
- Manage shipment for sales orders to customers with freight company.
- Manage customer claims.
Studies:
Vocational training or intermediate level studies
Experience:
- Experience handling marketing campaigns, telemarketing, sales.
- Experience gained within bus manufacturers, OEM organizations or suppliers in the automotive industry would be desirable.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
