Industrial Maintenance Technician Direct Hire - $30 to $35 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as conveyors systems, pneumatic equipment, chillers, etc.
• Perform repairs on electrical or electronic instruments as directed by the Maintenance Lead.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment.
• Install electrical wiring systems to handle required loads for various pieces of equipment, installing proper safety devices and providing necessary outlets and switches.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting.
• Install and wire industrial automation line controls and integrate with existing network.
• Troubleshoot, program and repair robotic equipment.
• Conduct periodic tests or checks of all electrical or electronic instruments.
• Identify and report potential equipment and building problems.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years consecutive employment with 1 employer
• 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Must have at least 2-year minimum experience in production field.
• Extensive industrial automation (PLC programming) experience/training

• Ability to use shop equipment (lathe, drill press, mill).

• Good record keeping for work orders, parts orders, inventory, and service/tenant follow-up.
• Understand PLCs and controls.
• Be able to read mechanical tools as: caliper, micrometer, etc.
• Be able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Be able to use electrical instruments as: oscilloscope, megger, DMM, etc.
• Welding and Auto-cad is a plus.
• Respects individuals, the organization, occupational health and safety, authority, the community, and the team.
• Must be able to work rotating work schedule and overtime or on a different shift if required.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Have your own tools.

• Hearing protection must be worn at all times.

Schedule and Shifts Available:
2-2-3 Schedule
Day Shift: 7am-7pm
Night Shift: 7pm-7am *shift differential for night shift*
Pay: $30-$35/hour Based on experience
