Industrial Maintenance TechnicianDirect Hire - Browns SummitRotating 2-2-3 Shift$31 to $45 BOE Industrial Maintenance Technicians install, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, service and repair all manner of machinery, equipment and support equipment used in the production process both mechanical and electrical. Electrical troubleshooting ( not necessarily all repairs) for a shift maintenance tech is 75%of the job. Troubleshooting down to component level, replacing and rewiring as needed. This will include electric motors, motor starters and motor drives. Perform preventive maintenance on electric, and all other equipment. Read electrical schematics. This position will include pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting, as well. Mechanical responsibilities include replacing sprockets, chains, bearings. Person will be responsible for changing granulator blades and extruder dies. Pneumatic work includes troubleshooting problems and component replacement. This would include solenoids, valves, regulators, filters, needle valves, etc. The 75% number is stated because electrical troubleshooting methods are used to identify most other maintenance problems. Maintenance technicians should be able to install, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, service and repair all manner of machinery, equipment and support equipment used in the production process both mechanical and electrical. Electrical “troubleshooting” for a shift maintenance tech is 75% of the job. We do not expect a lot of PLC experience- we understand that takes it to a much more advanced candidate. Must be able to work all shifts to include 12 hour rotating shift (2/2/3 schedule). We begin pay at $31/hour….but will increase based on candidate and experience.Why would a candidate WANT to work for our client?….glad you asked!
