5am-3pm $18 an hr
Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical to ensuring our products are accurately received, processed, and shipped to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
Communicate effectively with team members and management in both English and Spanish.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Support other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
