Test Operator – Weekend Shift (Durham, NC)
Shift: Saturday & Sunday, flexible 8–12 hours per day (day or night)
Pay: $17-$19/hour DOE
Position Overview
Graham Personnel Services is assisting a client in Durham, NC fill a Weekend‑Shift Test Operator to support testing and quality assurance on semiconductor products. This role involves running test equipment, performing inspections, communicating with team members, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑focused, and able to work independently over weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Test product primarily using established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate and monitor semiconductor test equipment and handlers.
• Perform hand‑testing and support engineering activities as needed.
• Document test results, equipment status, and production activity accurately.
• Communicate via cell phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Required Qualifications
• Ability to communicate effectively across phone, email, and Teams.
• Basic MS Office skills; Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be reliable and available for weekend‑only shifts.
