As a Production Line Worker through Graham Personnel Services, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the production line. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various tasks related to the assembly, inspection, and packaging of our products. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly: Carry out assembly tasks on the production line, following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
- Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or issues promptly.
- Packaging: Responsible for packaging finished products, labeling, and preparing them for shipment according to specified guidelines.
- Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment relevant to the production process, ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunctions.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and resolve quality issues. Maintain a high standard of product quality.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to supervisors.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Documentation: Complete production logs, reports, and other relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and production continuity.
Qualifications:
- Steel toe shoes and Hi-Vis vest/shirt
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
