Direct Hire - Maintenance Technician
A full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment throughout all manufacturing facilities in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. You will Work on various types of equipment and machines, keep all documentation current, correct, and orderly, maintain and schedule all preventative maintenance tasks, and keep a well organized work area as well as the assigned maintenance vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventative maintenance duties on assets per schedule
- Carry out maintenance assignments
- Ensure equipment is in good working order
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Follow all safety standards and guidelines
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
- Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
- Identify areas for improvement
