Job Description
Direct Hire PositionMust have solid Industrial HVAC and Facilities Maintenance Skills$25 - $30 per hourmust be willing to travel to different locations to include overseas
Provide general maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment. Knowledge | Experience | Skills High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years’ experience preferred in one of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC or general maintenance. Must possess mechanical aptitude. Ability to learn HVAC and Chilled Water Systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer experience. Valid driver license required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains and repairs equipment such as air conditioners, cooling towers, sinks, etc., which may include HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment as assigned.
Interpret and evaluate prints and technical drawings
Must be capable of working at height (Ladders, Man Lifts, etc.)
Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety regulations
Perform facility repairs as assigned.
Install/transfer equipment to multiple locations.
Help maintain central storage area.
Respond quickly to emergency situations, calling additional assistance as needed including nights, weekends and holidays.
Enter and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) data, which develops maintenance history, plans, and accounts for labor hours.
Travel to other locations, including international travel.
