Industrial Blow Mold Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire
Direct Hire - Annual Bonus - Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hourInjection Molding and Blow Mold experience Required PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive, planned and unplanned maintenance on production injection molding equipment iConnect to machine PLCs (primarily Allen Bradley) and use ladder logic to aid in troubleshooting.Aid in identifying and helping to set up necessary spare parts. Have:ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Perform mechanical & electrical troubleshooting diagnostic analysis on all equipment. Ability to work both independently and interdependently. Understand and comply with company safety standards and federal regulations.PREFRRED QUALIFICATIONS:Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and Injection MoldingHigh attention to detail.Good basic math skills Good time management skills.Three or more year’s industrial electrical maintenance experience.Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers.COMPETENCIES: Print reading (particularly electrical)Mechanical & electrical troubleshootingPLC connection and following ladder logicGood communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:
