Job Description

Graham Personnel Services is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a company in Greensboro!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  1.  Support user base for existing applications. 
    1.  Working with users to identify and solve problems, identifying and fixing problems with the software, and identifying needs not met by the systems. 
    2.  Acting as subject matter expert on various systems. Requires training (primarily self-directed) on development technologies used by the various systems. 
    3.  Participate in administrative meetings to establish task assignments and track progress. 
  2.  Gain basic understanding of ERP applications to support users 
  3.  Create and assign employee ID badges.
 Additional Skills & Qualifications  

   5+ years previous work experience 
  1.  Manufacturing/Distribution required. 
  2.  Active Directory Management 
  3.  Add/drop/change user management. 
  4.  DNS & DHCP 
  5.  Printer Management 
  6.  File sharing management 
  7.  Datto backup
  8.  Firewalls - VPN
  9.  VoIP phone system 
  10.  MS Office 365/ Teams 
  11.  IOS & Android Support 
  12.  Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines. 
    1.  Understanding of typical business administration department processes and functions. 
  13.  Knowledge of Cloud Computing. 
  14.  Project management 
  15.  Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate. 
  16.  Problem solving & analytical thinking. 
  17.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  18.  Familiar with various operating systems protocols and tools 
  19.  Familiar with network and server protocols 
    1.  Ability to provide support during non-core business hours including weekends and holidays, as required. 
  20.  Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. 
 Minimum Requirements

  1.  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 0-2 years of work experience or equivalent experience
