Finishing Supervisor:
Identify hiring needs; participate in employee hiring, training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
Establish and manage individual goals for team members in alignment with overall organizational goals and perform annual reviews to determine employee progress.
Maintain a safe work environment within the Finishing Department. Address any safety concerns with HR and maintenance to correct those issues. Ensure employees follow safety guidelines
Ensure proper maintenance of all finishing equipment.
Train all employees properly on equipment and understand the importance of their role in the overall finishing process.
Manage and coordinate material ordering, receiving, and inspection to ensure quality material and proper equipment for an efficient and high-quality finishing room.
Communicate with vendors supplying finishing material to maintain quality material in house and address any issues to have remedied quickly.
Oversee and monitor P mix process and HVLP spray gun technology. Manage and train staff for proper daily performance and long-term care maintenance.
Starting Pay: $18 hr.
