Whitewood/Laminate repair
Using color control panels, checks each piece (approx. 100-120 per day) for accurate color and uniform application.
Repair whitewood, laminate and melamine surfaces using touchup tools and sprays.
Repair defective color application and extreme color variances with touchup materials.
Inspect pieces for any visible defect in wood or laminate
Repair banding or edge defects in wood, laminate or PVC banding
Ability to piece veneeer
Coordinates with department leaders and chemical tech to identify consistent problems and helps develop solutions.
Burn-in and color match
Assist Quality Control with product inspection as needed.
Ability to travel (10%) if required.
Starting Pay: $16 per hr.
