Responsibilities

• Answer phones; greet and assist visitors
• Support office operations including mail distribution, conference room setup, shipping, and supplies
• Assist Purchasing with PO creation and online orders
• Manage employee uniform ordering, inventory, and tracking
• Support HR activities including onboarding, E-Verify, reference checks, and employee recognition
• Assist with recruiting entry-level manufacturing candidates and working with staffing agencies
• Coordinate employee events, lunches, newsletters, and scholarship programs
• Maintain office supply and copier inventory
• Provide general administrative and HR support as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and people-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information
