Graham Personnel Services is seeking an HR Consultant (Contract Only) for a large medical practice in the Triad.
This position is a temporary opportunity only from May 1st- July 11th.Work RemoteHours: 8am-5pm M-F
The HR Consultant would triage cases into Teammate Relations and answer low complexity questions related to policy. This person would also analyze and evaluate workforce metrics to improve human resources capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree plus 3 years experience working in HR data and analytics. 3 plus years experience extracting and manipulating data from all relevant sources preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Provides critical support to the business around issues of workforce planning through analyzing, reviewing and forecasting trends of complex data, specifically around talent and staffing. 2. Complies workforce statistics including retention, attrition, and diversity. 3. Works with multiple data sources to merge related information and generate business metric understanding. 4. Assesses research and analysis of data and collaborates with team to make business recommendations. 5. Maintains and updates methodology, processes, data needed, analytic approach and tools. 6. Designs and develops dashboards and reports to for HR Reporting and Analytics in Oracle Cloud including with tools including OTBI and BI Publisher. 7. Document data mapping and data types from the Oracle Cloud implementation relevant to reporting/analytics. 8. Maintains and updates methodology, processes, data needed, analytic approach and tools.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

3 -years experience in extracting and manipulating data from all relevant sources preferred.
Ability to conduct sophisticated statistical analysis. Proficiency in drawing conclusions/trends from data sets.
Ability to lead medium system projects.
Takes long-term implications into account when dealing with current problems and issues Uses resources (intellectual, material, time, technological) in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
