Job Description – General Manager
Position Summary: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, monitoring performance, developing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The GM serves as a leader who motivates employees and drives the company toward its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
● Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
● Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular reporting to owners.

● Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve company objectives and maintain a positive work culture.
● Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance, including revenue targets and cost control.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
● Identify opportunities for growth, new markets, or service improvements.
● Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
● Maximize sources for recurring revenue.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
● Proven experience in a management or leadership role (5+ years preferred).
● Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and customer service.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
● Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business management software.
