Local company in High point is looking for some help during the October Furniture Market Front Desk/ Receptionist Hours: 7:45am -6pm Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Scanning badges and ensuring all guests are properly qualified.
Notifying sales representatives about their appointments via phone call or text.
Requesting guests to sign the guest book upon arrival.
Managing and qualifying guests who arrive without appointments.
Effectively managing multiple tasks and handling bursts of guests.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently.
Strong organizational skills.
Capability to handle high-traffic periods with ease and professionalism.
