Full Desk Direct Hire Recruiter

- Role: Full Desk (Sales + Recruiting), Direct Hire
- Focus: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering (plus Accounting/HR as needed)
- Style: Consultative, relationship-first, high follow-through
What you’ll do
- Build and grow a book of direct-hire business through targeted outreach, networking, and warm relationship management.
- Run full-cycle recruiting: source (including passive talent), interview, qualify, present, and shepherd offers to acceptance.
- Own the client experience—intake meetings, calibration, feedback loops, and transparent communication.
- Advise clients on market conditions, talent availability, and realistic timelines—then deliver.
- Stay organized in the ATS and keep clean documentation across open and filled searches.
- Represent the team with integrity and professionalism in every interaction (clients, candidates, and internal partners).

- Your pipeline is always alive: active searches, warm prospects, and passive talent mapped for next needs.

What you bring
- 3–4+ years in recruiting and/or staffing (full-desk is a plus), or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Comfortable with business development: cold outreach, consultative conversations, and asking for the next step.
- Experience recruiting salaried/exempt professionals—ideally in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Highest level of honesty and trust—confidentiality is non-negotiable.
- Strong prioritization and time management across multiple requisitions and relationships.
Tools/Tech
- ATS experience (Bullhorn, Avionté, TempWorks, or similar)
- Recruiting channels: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive sourcing
- Everyday tools: Outlook, Excel/Word, and video meetings (Teams/Zoom)

Compensation
Salaried (based on experience) + commission. Commission and bonuses may be changed by management at any time.
$85,000 annually
