A food manufacturing facility in High Point is seeking a dependable Formulation Team Member to support production. This is a physically demanding and hands-on role working with ingredients and recipes.
Responsibilities:
Follow recipes and product specifications accurately
Measure and mix ingredients for production
Handle and move large containers (“lugs”) of sauce and ingredients
Lift and carry materials up to 60 lbs throughout the shift
Climb stairs while carrying materials as needed
Maintain production flow and support team operations
Requirements:
Strong English skills required (reading and following recipes/specs)
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs) consistently
Comfortable working long hours in a fast-paced environment
Able to work in a messy/food production environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic (must be dependable)
