Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Burlington, NC
Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Summary:
Individual is responsible to operate Combi lift forklift, lulls, and overhead cranes to move metal and raw material and finished product throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort and stage materials into designated zones for production and shipping.
- Safely operate heavy equipment while following OSHA and company safety standards.
- Perform basic inspections and preventative maintenance checks on equipment before use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with additional material handling or production support tasks as needed.
- Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Follow instructions and complete tasks to specification
- Stand, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs. as required
- Maintain focus and accuracy under pressure
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and noise.

- Drive a forklift
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Understanding of safety practices and PPE requirements
