Forklift Operator
Location: Our warehouse facility in Greensboro NCDirect Hire 7:00am-3:30pm w/ opportunity for OT$20-$21/hr
Company Overview: Tea distribution center
Job Summary: As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within our distribution center. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse- Maintain proper documentation and records related to forklift operations- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment- Assist with inventory management and organization tasks as needed- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize material handling and logistics
Qualifications:- Valid forklift operator's license or certification- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Working Conditions:This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
