Employee will be expect to move materials from Kanban locations near production assets to outside storage area
As orders are needed the associate will be expected to move product from the outside storage area and bring it to the next operation’s Kanban location
Employee will be responsible for recording storage location when the material is left in the outside storage area
Employee will be responsible to ensure outgoing and incoming order list provided by planning and scheduling is promptly followed
Employee will wrap materials and label materials before taking to them to the outside storage area
Failure to keep up with moving product promptly will create safety concerns and flow interruptions
Upon completion of order lists that require movement, the associate will aid our logistics staff by completing cycle counts, loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders for shipments, etc.This role requires a candidate that is willing to work outside.
