Finance Assistant opening for our client in High Point, NC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions in a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall accounting operations.
Job Details:
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (Salary, Non-Exempt)
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40-minute lunch)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Location: High Point, NC (Onsite only)
Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
Manage invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Monitor account balances and assist with collections as needed
Review and process invoices and vendor payments
Support month-end and reporting processes
Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
3–5 years of accounting or finance experience
Experience with accounts payable and receivable required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems (Sage preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
