Position: Final Utility Production Associate
Shift- 3rd- 10pm-6am
Pay-$17.50
Location- Winston Salem/Kernersville area
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials or finished products to appropriate storage or production areas.
- Organize stock, pull, and verify orders and update inventory records to prevent shortages.
- Safely operate machinery, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Ensure pallets are properly tagged or identified as required.
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces, including the end-of-line and staging areas.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth handoff and product flow.
- Assist with assembly tasks as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines when assembling components or products.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Experience with pallet strapping tools and manual pallet jacks (or willingness to learn).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Willingness to cross-train and support other production areas as needed.
