As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our service team—delivering high-quality technical support, restoring critical equipment, and keeping customers up and running.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printers, copiers, and multi-function devices at customer locations
- Install, configure, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to service calls promptly and deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions
- Manage your own service territory, schedule, and daily priorities
- Maintain trunk stock inventory to ensure you’re always prepared in the field
- Accurately document service work, repairs, and part usage after each call
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to resolve issues efficiently
- Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify and fix problems quickly
- Educate customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical support to resolve complex issues
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and equipment performance trends
- Represent the company professionally at all customer sites while following safety protocols
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
- Experience servicing copiers, printers, or similar office technology is a strong plus
- Solid troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple service calls
- Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
