We look for dedicated team members who will support our goals and be part of a mutually successful employment partnership.JOB SUMMARYThis is a “Road Warrior” position which will require 75% to 90% travel. Exceptional technical aptitude, great customer service and firsthand knowledge of the use of hand and power tools, multi-meters, scopes and radiation measuring equipment is essential to excel at this position.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Installations and Customer/Field Service:
  • Install Digital Radiographic Systems at customer facilities (requires regular travel). Duties may include uncrating, removal of packing materials, transporting equipment, mechanical assembly. These tasks will require the use of hand and power tools.
  • Placement of equipment, installation of electrical power, computer connections, internet connectivity using provided documentation and support from corporate technical team.
  • Calibration and testing of installed system.
  • Completes all appropriate Federal, State and Local radiation producing equipment installation reporting (FDA2579 forms), and records all data and submits forms to agencies and Technical Support group.
  • Adheres to established quality guidelines, safety requirements and good housekeeping skills in and around the customer facility.
  • Identifies and resolves customer issues in a professional manner, providing the customer with appropriate communication necessary while still maintaining ownership of the initial problem.
  • Works in close collaboration with Sales and Service support teams on an on-going proactive basis to formulate solutions for his/her initial contacts during installation and field service issues.
  • Serves as on-site liaison between customer and company if necessary.
  EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
  • Experienced in Veterinary Digital Radiographic equipment, installation and repair on Sound, Sedecal, Innovet IDEXX, Vet Ray or general X-Ray preferred.
  • Candidate will possess previous knowledge in the use of test equipment associated in the installation and calibration of Digital X-Ray systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal remote guidance after training.
  • Ability to assemble, modify or retrofit mechanical systems.
  • Demonstrates ability to use associated test equipment, hand and power tools and mechanical devices.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SalesForce CRM, internet and email software.
  • Basic ability to work with network and wireless routing is a plus.
ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL- Ability to frequently lift 75 to 100lbs, bend, stand and sit for periods of time, climb ladders.-Ability to travel 75% - 90% required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $69,905.00 - $72,000.00 per yearBenefits:
