Feeder/PackerMebane, NC12hrs ShiftDay/Night - $17 As a Feeder/Packer, your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from inventory, pack them securely, and prepare orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse are essential for the success of this role. Key Responsibilities:Packing:

Packaging: Carefully and securely pack items into boxes or containers to prevent damage during transit.
Labeling: Apply shipping labels and ensure that all necessary documentation is included in the shipment.
Order Assembly: Assemble, organize, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring they are complete and accurate.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking packing materials and keeping workspaces clear of debris.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Picker Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity goals.
Basic computer skills to operate electronic picking systems (if applicable).
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse processes and technologies.
