JOB SUMMARYThe goal of a facilities technician is to preserve the property’s investment while providing for the safety and well-being of its residents. Conscientious maintenance can mean the difference between success and failure of a community. Must be of good character, honest, reliable, and proactive. Must also be a team player, demonstrate self-motivation, require minimal direction, and desire/exude our core values.An effective program of maintenance is essential in order to:
Maintain a safe environment.
Cultivate resident satisfaction.
Protect the investment of the apartment property owner.
Create a high quality asset with high quality service.
Diagnoses and performs maintenance or repair involving the following on a daily basis.
