Shift: Mon-Thurs 7pm-7am Job Description Monitor the extrusion machine.
Doff and label the poy package.
Clean the winder, extruder, and floor during machine running.
Keep the log book.
Mount the packs and start up.
Preparation of the chip and the bobbin.
Monitor the chip flow.
Trouble shoot.
Stack the chip box. Move the poy yarn. Clean the machine. Train new operators.Lift or move up to 50 pounds (sometimes overhead) occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly. Visual acuity – color, depth perception, and field of vision. Work requires seeing, hearing, talking, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling. Non climate controlled.
