Entry-level Machine OperatorDay Shift and Night Shift available 2/2/3 schedule As a Machine Operator through Graham Personnel Services, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product quality and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
Quality Control: Monitor the production process, inspect products, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine issues, such as jams or malfunctions, to minimize downtime.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including machine logs and production reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating machinery.
