Executive Assistant
Location: Randolph County, NC

Our client in Asheboro is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support daily operations in a small, professional office environment. This role requires strong administrative, accounting, and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats while supporting leadership and keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to leadership
Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping
Manage QuickBooks entries, reconciliations, and financial records
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office operations
Assist with special projects and community/event coordination as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience required
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a small office setting
