Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Director of Client Relations for a wealth management company in Greensboro! The Director of Client Relations is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of securities and advisory related operational activities. Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM – 5PM, Friday 8:30AM – 12:30PM Responsibilities include:
Manage incoming calls
Schedule, confirm and prepare for client appointments
Open new accounts. Obtain required information, verify accuracy.
Other miscellaneous operational activities including direct business, account transfers, distributions, account updates
Ensuring that all compliance procedures as outlined in the SFA Operations Manual and internal guidelines are followed as prescribed
Act in support of all advisors
Client Events including client informational seminars as well as intimate client events
Proper maintenance of CRM data
Maintenance of E-Money systems for client interface and financial planning purposes.
Assist clients in establishing online account access.
Assist in developing and/or modifying workflow templates
