A well-established powersports dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Sales Manager to oversee retail operations and lead a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a strong customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily retail store operations and staff management
Foster a positive, professional, and results-driven work culture
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed goals
Partner with marketing to support monthly promotional initiatives
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate full-time and part-time employees
Establish, track, and report monthly KPIs to leadership
Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Collaborate with inventory management to monitor shrinkage and losses
Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
Review profit and loss (P&L) performance with senior leadership
Execute high-energy outreach efforts, meeting daily contact goals (10–20)
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail store management
Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
Ability to balance fashion-forward merchandising with data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Proficiency with basic business and retail software
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
