HR Manager
· Day to day HR Generalist duties and operations of the HR Department
· Payroll and time keeping administration
· Recruiting and management of temporary staffing needs
· Mentor plant managers in all aspects of employment practices and employment law
· Benefit administration
· Enforce policies and procedures
· FMLA/STD administration
· Employee on-boarding
· Workman’s compensation administration
Requirements:
· Experience: Minimum 5 years Human Resource Management experience preferably in manufacturing field. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration a plus.
· MS Office, Excel
· Good work history and clean criminal history. Drug screen required.
