Graham Personnel Services is seeking a data entry specialist for a local non profit in Greensboro. This is a contract only role that will last 12-14 weeksHours are 8am-5pm M-FPay is $18-20/hrMust be willing to complete a data entry skills test and successfully score 50WPM or higher RESPONSIBILITIES
Review applications for eligibility and enters data into the system
Assist providers with the application process, waitlist creation and maintenance, maintaining an electronic communication log, receiving, preparing and processing applications, entering the applications into the App system, receive and place phone calls daily, assist with the prioritization and placement process; mailing confirmation letters to parents, maintaining correct placement lists, organizing and maintaining all materials related to the placement process, plan and support application events.
Provide back up support for front desk reception as needed.
Provide back up support related to attendance processing including but not limited to initial review and data entry.
Provide back up support on mail processing when requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently without a high degree of supervision.
Ability to both work well with others and independently.
Experience with data entry.
A valid North Carolina Driver's License is required.
