Job Description

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Statesville, NC.
Temp to hire opportunitySchedule: Monday through Friday, 11AM – 7PM or 10AM – 6PMPay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain efficiency and compliance with all company policies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries; communicate through various channels.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of product line for communicating with customers, potential customers and Business Development Managers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, concerns, documentation, and follow up.
  • Answer incoming calls, communicate, and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and files pertaining to customer service and logistics.
  • Process quotes and orders. 

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred
  • At least three years of administrative and customer service experience is required.
