Customer Service Representative needed for a growing manufacturing company in Greensboro!
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent customer support.

Temporary role for 6 months
$24-26/hr
MUST have Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment
First shift
In office position- no remote work
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients
• Manage orders, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
• Enter and maintain accurate data within internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to complete daily tasks
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Ability to work a consistent schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, CRM, or Salesforce preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
