Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing company in Greensboro, NC.
Hours: 8am-5pm M-FTemp to hire opportunity$18/hr
The Customer Service Representative ensures the delivery of excellent customer service through accurate processing of sales orders and supports profitability of the business by supporting our accounts receivables and collections. This role is fast-paced communicates and coordinates with other departments to fulfill the customer’s order in a timely manner. A successful customer service representative is expected to build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction while ensuring timely receipt of payments. This role is responsible for handling a variety of customer service activities as business needs require.
Role Responsibilities: • Receive orders via phone, email and enter orders into the system • Confirm receipt of orders and projected ship dates to customers • Respond to customer questions and requests • Review sales orders for accuracy and file sales orders promptly • Access Report Manager to track status of orders and report findings to customers • Ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day • Access customer websites to retrieve PO’s and invoices • Must be a team player • Perform other duties and assignments as directed by supervisor/management • Troubleshooting and problem solving • Document Filing and organization • Complete required documentation and follow the instructions of Food Safety, Security training, Good Manufacturing Practices and all other Regulatory training programs 
Required Qualifications: • High school diploma • Type 40 wpm • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate through written instruction and or data entry • Able to work independently to carry out assignments and submit results in a timely and accurate manner • Must be able to maintain customer confidentiality • Good computer skills• Customer Service oriented with good communication and follow up skills with internal and external customers
