Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming phone calls/emails by providing timely and accurate information
- Become versed in the warranty guidelines, the warranty process, and the products of the company.
- Process claims by verifying if qualifications of the warranty have been met, processing replacements or denying claims with professionalism.
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center setting
- Computer savvy
- Ability to diffuse irate situations diverting focus to solutions
- Attendance/Punctuality
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma
