Commercial Construction Estimator
Job Description
Construction Estimator will work closely with our team to put together bids for construction projects located all over the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Office is located in High Point, NC.
Required qualifications –
Experience with Microsoft office and proficiency in excel.
Interpret and understand construction drawings and trade scopes
Perform quantity take offs and cost estimates
Clearly communicated over the phone
Willingness to learn and adapt to obstacles
Preferred qualifications –
Experience with digital take off software.
Experience qualifying subcontractors scopes of work.
Experience putting together estimates for a general contractor.
2-4 year construction related college degree
