CNC Maintenance Technician *Direct Hire Opportunity*Pay: $25-$32/hour Based on experience 2nd ShiftPOSITION SCOPE:Maintains CNC Equipment to produce required quality and production that exceeds customer expectation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned CNC equipment, plan for and take corrective action.
• Repair hydraulics, drill heads, gears, bearings, bushings and general department maintenance.
• Knowledge and or understanding of Lock Out, Tag Out.
• Understanding of “Single Phase and Three Phase Electrical”. 120 VAC, 240 VAC, 480 VAC.
• Understanding of DC applications 5 VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC.
• Understanding of basic relay logic and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Ladder Logic and troubleshooting Software used at our facility include Allen Bradley, Siemens,
and Direct Soft software.
• Understanding of HMI’s, HIM’s, for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of VFD’s. and replacement.
• Servo motors analysis and replacement.
• Understanding of how to use a Multi Meter, Amp Meter, and various other electrical troubleshooting tools.
• Able to read and interpret Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic schematics.
• Ability to work independent with out a lot of support.
• Understanding of bearings and different bearing applications.
• Replacement of CNC machine mechanical components such as gearbox’s, ball screws, coolant pumps,
hydraulic pumps/motors, waycovers, tool change components.
• Preventative Maintenance, including inspection of wear parts, lubrication of the machine, cleaning of the
machine, and so on.
• Able to use multiple measuring devices such as calipers, test indicators, dial indicators.
• Use of hand tools and shop tools.
• Complies with all company employment policies, procedures/processes, and programs. Performs duties in
compliance quality, safety, and manufacturing requirements.

CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION, and WORK EXPERIENCE:
• CNC machine experience (willing to train if candidate meets all other requirements)
PREFERRED:
• CNC include Fanuc and Siemens controls

• Possess good physical stamina and coordination. Specific physical requirements of the position include the ability
