Production Lead Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Production Lead. The Production Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the production line within the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of production line workers to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production line workers. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Production Coordination: Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders. Monitor and control production processes to achieve target output and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall warehouse efficiency.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed product specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to product quality.
Training and Development: Train new team members on production line processes, safety protocols, and company policies. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the production team.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all team members adhere to established safety guidelines. Investigate and report any safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse manager to manage and control inventory levels on the production line. Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
